About Dent Kraft PDR LLC & Message Program

Dent Kraft PDR LLC provides automotive appearance services including paintless dent repair (PDR) for door dings, hail damage, and large dents, as well as window tinting, paint protection film (PPF) installation, ceramic coatings, and paint correction.

If you opt in to receive SMS messages from us, you may receive messages related to estimates, appointment scheduling, appointment reminders, service updates, customer support, and occasional promotional or informational messages (where permitted and when you have opted in where required).

Consent to Receive SMS Messages

By providing your phone number and opting in where applicable, you consent to receive SMS/text messages from Dent Kraft PDR LLC. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply.

Opt-Out & Support Mechanisms (SMS)

“You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the (952) 473-8000. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at sales@tintkraft.com.”

Message Frequency

“As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive frequency may vary. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.”

Carrier Liability

"Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages."

Appointments, Estimates & Service Terms

  • Estimates: Estimates may be based on photos and information you provide. Final pricing may change after an in-person inspection or once work begins if additional issues are discovered.
  • Scheduling: Appointment times are reserved and may change due to workload, weather, film/material availability, or unforeseen conditions.
  • Service outcomes: We strive for the highest-quality results. However, outcomes may vary depending on dent depth, paint condition, panel material, prior repairs, and the overall condition of the vehicle.

Payments & Refunds

Payment terms (including any deposits, if applicable) will be provided at booking or invoicing. Refunds, cancellations, and rework requests are handled case-by-case depending on the service performed and materials used.

You agree not to misuse this website, attempt unauthorized access, transmit malicious code, or interfere with site functionality. All content (text, photos, graphics, and branding) is owned by Dent Kraft PDR LLC or used with permission and may not be copied or reused without written consent.
